What is WaySpa?

WaySpa is your premiere one-stop online spa marketplace. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing massage, mani-pedi combo in your neighbourhood, couple’s package for your romantic getaway, a great way to spend some quality down-time with your friends or the perfect gift, WaySpa has you covered.

WaySpa’s search tools help you find spa treatments and packages while comparing spas in your area or across Canada. WaySpa makes spa-searching quick and easy, allowing the entire spa experience to be relaxing, from the search to the hour of bliss. Your next spa trip, or timely gift, is just a few simple clicks away!

What are WaySpa’s hours of operation?

The website runs 24/7 365 days a year, allowing you to book treatments and shop for gift cards even when the spas are closed. For customer service inquiries, we have a 24/7-customer service center. Head office is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm EST.

Where is WaySpa located?

WaySpa head office is located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Can I submit a spa appointment online?

Yes, WaySpa makes it easy to book a spa appointment online. Simply find the spa you would like to visit, and click “Book Online” which can be found on the Spa’s Mini Site. Once you have completed the appointment information, the request will be forwarded to the Spa, and they will contact you to confirm the appointment.

Do I require a Credit Card to book online?

No. Payment is made directly to the Spa at the time of your appointment.

When will I be charged for my spa booking?

Payment is made directly to the Spa at the time of your appointment.

How can I tell if a spa has availability?

It’s not always easy to tell if a spa will be available on the date you request, so a good rule of thumb is to plan your spa appointment at least a few days in advance.

If I submit an appointment online, does that mean it is confirmed?

No. In order for a booking to be confirmed, the Spa will have to call you to either confirm the date and time you have chosen, or provide you with alternatives.

Is tax included in the advertised price?

No, tax is not included in the advertised price. Tax will be included and clearly identified on your bill during checkout.

Is tip or gratuity included in the price?

No, it is customary to tip 15-20% of the treatment price after your treatments at the spa.

Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes, you are free to make changes to your spa booking in accordance with the Spa’s cancellation policy. In order to do so, contact the Spa directly to request your change.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment should be done directly with the Spa. Please call the Spa directly to make any necessary changes to your appointment.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

If a customer is late for their appointment the spa will do what it can to provide as much of the treatment that the remaining time allows. This may mean that a 60 minute massage is shortened to a 45 minute massage so that the next customer receives their full treatment on time. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time. Arriving 15 minutes ahead of your booking is ideal.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Any spa appointments that are missed are seen as a completed booking by the spa and WaySpa. As a result, no reimbursement will be provided to the customer. At the time of making your booking, please confirm with the Spa what their cancelation policy is, 48 hour’s notice for any cancellations or rescheduling is standard practice.

What if I find a lower price on WaySpa for the same package after booking?

WaySpa is constantly offering new promotions and specials, but unfortunately we cannot offer refunds in such a case.

The treatment I received was not as indicated at What should I do?

Please provide the details of the treatment you did receive, and we will resolve this issue with the Spa and get back to you within 48 hours.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Cancelation policies vary from Spa to Spa, so please confirm at the time of confirmation their specific policy. Standard practice is usually that confirmed bookings are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means that the time and date cannot be changed within 48 hours of the appointment date.

Gift Cards

Does my WaySpa Gift Card expire?

WaySpa gift cards do not expire.

How can WaySpa gift cards be used?

The best way to use WaySpa gift cards is to use them like cash towards any spa booking from Simply present the card in lieu of payment at the time of check-out at the Spa, and the value of the gift card will be applied to your booking.

I have a WaySpa Gift Card, but no spa close to where I live / vacation to use it?

WaySpa gift cards do not expire and can be used for treatment at any of our Spa partners. We are adding new Spas to our website regularly so check back often. You can also give it as a gift!

If I need my gift card right away can I print it myself?

Yes, many of our customers find that printing gift card directly from the website is the fastest and easiest way to have their gift delivered. If you like, printing options will be presented after checkout.

Where can I personalize my gift card?

WaySpa will prompt you to enter the name of your gift recipient, and provide a space for a custom message that will be printed on a greeting card with the gift card amount during the checkout process.

Can I use my gift card at all WaySpa affiliated spas?

WaySpa gift cards may be used at all participating Spa Locations. There are a select few partners that do not participate in our Gift Program and you can eliminate them from your search by selecting “only show spas that accept WaySpa gift cards” immediately under the search box.

What happens if the value of my treatment is LESS THAN the Gift card value?

If the value of the treatment you received is less than the value of your Gift Card, the remaining balance will be issued to you in the form of a Credit FROM THE SPA the card was redeemed at.

Can I have my gift card delivered by mail?

Yes, WaySpa will be happy to deliver your gift card to you or your gift recipient, along with a customized gift card and WaySpa gift box

My Account

How do I gain Access to My Account?

In order to gain access to your information, you have to sign in to your account. Click on “My Account” which is located at the top right of the home page. If you are a returning customer, fill in the “Already have an account” information. If you are a new customer, complete the “New to WaySpa” section of this page.

How Do I gain access to My Profile/ My Gift Purchases / My Bookings?

The first thing you need to do to gain access to your information is to sign in to your account. Click on “My Account” which is located at the top right of the home page. Here you must enter your email address and password. After you have logged in, you will see a link to all your Account Details.

What do I do if I forgot my username or password?

If you cannot remember your password please click on “My Account” followed by “Forgot your Password?” which is located under the Customer Sign inbox. Here you must enter the email address which is linked to you WaySpa account. You password will be sent to your registered email address.

How do I create an account if I do not live in the US or Canada?

You will notice, that to the right of the “State” category, there is a blank field called “Other Region”. For customers not living in Canada or the US, leave the “State” field empty, and enter their location in the “Other Region” field. If there is no postal or zip code (Ireland for e.g.), type in 12345.


What can I expect after I’ve processed an order on my credit card?

You may get a phone call from Customer Service verifying your order to protect you from fraudulent use of your credit card.

What currencies does WaySpa support?

Currently WaySpa allows its customers to book spa services or purchase gifts in Canadian dollars only.


How long will it take for my Gift Card to arrive?

Arrival dates for shipment vary depending on location. For details regarding your shipment simply select the gift card that you are interested in tracking and then click on “Track Shipment”. This will take you to the courier’s website and the details of the shipment will be explained.

How do I track my package?

Simply login to your account and click on “My Gift Purchases”. Here you will select the gift card that you are interested in tracking and then click on “Track Shipment”.

Can I add Shipping after a purchase has been completed?

Yes! Simply go to My Account – Select “My Gift Purchases” – Select the specific Order # – Now you can “Ship by mail”.
