elmspa is a hidden gem situated just blocks from Cabbagetown and Yorkville. An offspring of the acclaimed Elmwood Spa, our boutique spa offers exclusive treatments for women and men in a zen-inspired environment, designed to de-stress, relax and revitalize.
With seven specialized treatment rooms, two steam rooms, an infrared sauna (complimentary with spa services), rain shower and garden terrace area, elmspa approaches health and well-being holistically, with a Feng Shui space encouraging harmony, relaxation and wellness.
The combination of natural woods with water features and zen pebbles — the spas signature décor – makes this a truly unique space to soothe the body and soul. Start your journey with a steam to relax your muscles and enjoy one of our exclusive ElmLine teas while lounging in a muskoka chair in the relaxing indoor Garden Terrace — a space that welcomes natural sunlight, enhancing a sense of well-being. Elmspa is a perfect retreat for a lunchtime service, a day at the spa or for a massage by one of our Registered Massage Therapists.
Many of the signature treatments, such as the Siam Herbal Body Treatment, are based on Thai healing rituals where the use of herbal remedies is combined with traditional practices such as massage and heat therapies.
