The treatments are amazing and so is the staff, very relaxing atmosphere. The reception could use a couch or even a couple of chairs to accomodate family/friends who are only there to pick up/drop off people getting their treatment; it is a little awkward for them to cross the pool and wait in an area where everyone has a robe on and there they are fully dressed.
Leslie did my facial and she was wonderful! very knowledgable! it was very relaxing and I felt amazing during and after!! My husband got a fusion stone massage and he said he enjoyed that also. The only thing that was not my cup of tea was the euc steam room are located in the change rooms so we could not spend that time together and the room itself didn't seem to be working properly and it was a little ghetto! the light fixtures and area I didn't find that enjoyable at all - it needs to be spruced up a bit and modern-ized! The pool and hot tub were nice salt water but again the area could def be more "spa like" and glammed up a notch! all in all tho it was a great day!
Andrea is so good
enjoyed the massage , like quieter/private lounge area
it was a great experience. I used the fitness room, good and pentiful equipment. The steam room was lovely and I can't say enough about my treatment or the spa personnel. The only off note was the food. I ordered food from the restaurant, it was a bit bland, and small in portion for the prices.
The staff were great and the massage was relaxing. Go to the pool in the morning or else it gets busy (kids and hotel guests). The steam room was a disappointment (small, no strong eucalyptus scent)
The whilpool was a bit dirty and the eucalyptis steam took a little long to work and be comfortable in. All the staff were very accomodating though and made up for the whilpool and steam.
This is a hidden gem - the service and facilities were amazing. I enjoyed a delicious lunch in their atrium by the pool. This is a great spot for a girlfriend spa day! Susan
