I always enjoy my experience at the windsor arms Spa. In fact I really missed it when for a short while in the past it was no longer on the Way Spa list. Its really the only day spa in Toronto that I go to. My treatment with Zizi was the best. I had the anti aging facial. Darphin products are excellent and suit my needs well. I like the Windsor Arms Spa because it is small and personal and very, very meticullously clean. I will continue frequenting this Spa.

One of the BEST spa days I've had and THE BEST massage I've ever had. If you want a true day of relaxation at a wonderful, clean spa with great staff (except for the receptionist who checked me out - she was downright rude for no reason at all) then go to the Windsor Arms - it's my favourite new spa!

We were very rushed, and were told to arrive at 11:15 for our 11:30 appt which still was not enough lead time for them! Once we got there, we were informed by the front desk reception that we could use the facilities (pool & sauna) However, while having our pedicures, I was told we could not go to the sauna, as it would ruin our pedicures..very confusing information from two members of the staff. My massage was by Nael...and I strongly recommend that someone who likes a deep tissue massage specifically books with him. I was like linguine afterwards! As for pedi..i had the hot stone which was a complete waste of money...in fact the entire pedicure was a waste of money..my cuticles were not trimmed completely, nail lengths varied, and were crooked, still had rough patches of skin, polish was too thick, and chipped two days later. As for the hotstone portion...it was a big rock that was rubbed up and down the calf...and that is it. No rocks between the toes, no massage, nothing special to warrant the cost. An extreme disappointment. I was not impressed with the pedi, nor was the other 3 ladies I was with. In fact, they were so disappointed, that one of the girls went for another mani/pedi two days later. With the exception of the massage, I would not be running back here anytime soon

A beautiful spa with a few draw backs. The spa itself is absolutely stunning. Had a great time taking in some sun on the deck after my treatment, followed by a lovely dip in the pool. Where the spa fell short was in the treatment and service itself. The massage wasn't very relaxing, and the staff including reception and therapist were not too friendly. Despite the poor service, it is such a beautiful spa that I would definitely give it a second chance in the future

It's my 2nd time returning to the spa and the treatments and facilities were the same on both trips....excellent. The rooftop deck is also very nice. I would recommend bringing your own sunscreen and a hat as there is only one section that has a cover.

Of course, the people that work there make me return again and again. It's the perfect place.

The message was spectacular - will definitely go back for another. The facial was good - 1 hour and 20 minutes but was left for 20 minutes with a mask on my face so feel it could have been shorter. Went during the week at 10am and there was only two other people there at with me - definitely nice and relaxing .
