The 'spa' is tiny and doesn't really deserve that term of description. There is nowhere to relax between treatments, unless you want to sit right by the reception desk listening to the staff complaining about each other. I did not receive the spa lunch and fitness pass from my package, and the 'hot herbal massage' was neither hot nor herbal, nor was it particularly competent. I do not feel that I received what I had paid for. On the plus side, the lady who does the manicures & pedicures is extremely good.

Small space but attentive staff. BUT book your appt outside of lunch times, as I had to eat lunch in the very cramped waiting area of the spa front desk, instead of the restaurant downstairs (it was full) Not very comfortable, but the rest of the experience was very good.
