I have been to Turning Heads many times in the last 3 and a half years. I am always warmly welcomed, by my name and treated like an honoured guest. The entire staff is there to meet all of my needs and they are all friendly and happy to be of service. Kim, Michelle, Rob and Liz are a light of on a cold Calgary day.

It was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The salon is a dump. For the pedicure, you get to sit on a bench at the back of the salon and for the foot bath, you put your feet in a bowl with luke warm water. You only get one coat of polish which got smeared because they have you leave immediately after they put it on. I will never go back to this place.

The staff were friendly although the services I recieved were not in a very timely manner. The lady helping me also forgot out part of my service. I did not realise that I didn't get everything I paid for until I got home. When having my nails painted, she was constantly having to go back and wipe the nail polish off of the skin around my nail. The "spa" itself didn't have much of a spa feeling. It was more of a salon.
