True Spa exceeded all of my expectations. The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. My arms feel great thanks to my massage therapists expert touch. This is such a hidden gem of a spa in Calgary, I'm glad that I found them, I will be back very soon. I was also surprised to see all of the fitness classes going on in the on-site fitness facility. Maybe I will try a class the next time.
