They were running 10 minutes late, which is fine, but I would have much rather have waited downstairs in the lounge (changed and showered) than in the lobby/reception area with my regular clothes on. The masseuse was a sweet woman and kept saying it was her first day, and throughout the massage session she kept running into the door stopper... I felt bad for her because I know she was really sorry, but come on, ti's my hour to relax!

Nice place, although I wish the masseuse was more friendlier. She gave a good massage, but was kind of dry when it came to personality. Also, I would have liked to be guided more, as it was my first time. Overall, it was enjoyable.
