Overall the spa and staff were wonderful. I had a one hour massage by Michael and a one hour facial by Gail. Both were absolutely wonderful and I was made to feel very comfortable and they made me feel special. They both took their time and there wasn't a moment that I was not pleased. Feel free to always tell them how to make you more comfortable. The only bad thing was the lady working the front desk that day, she did not make me feel very welcomed when I arrived or when I paid as I was leaving. Yet again I love Gail and Michael, thank you so much!
