It is common knowledge that our mental and emotional state is reflected in our bodies for better or for worse. When it’s the latter, knowing the areas of your life where you are working on issues allows us to tune our approach to the body and mind for maximum benefit.

We encourage wellness in your physical self with hands on treatments and work on clearing your mental state by combining light guided meditation with therapies.

To connect the mental cleansing with the physical release we use specific aromatherapy herbs that are combined based on your state of mind and specific ailments for a third layer of healing.

You will notice that our esthetic services and therapies take a long time. This is done to make sure you have enough time to decompress (typically about 20 minutes) and fully engage yourself. The result is a magnified effect of the treatment and longer lasting results.

You will also notice a wellness theme in our esthetic services. Manicures and pedicures can be purchased almost anywhere these days but none can compare with our full pedicure and manicure treatments. Not only will your nails look great, your entire body will feel lighter and relieved after long minutes of massage and reflexology release in the lower legs and forearms.
