The S.P.A. is so wonderful, Sylvia and her staff pay attention to details to make sure the experience is a great one. Neshe gives outstanding pedicures and manicures, SYlvia's facial are to die for and the massages and wraps are also marvelous! I so enjoy each and every visit there!

Lovely experience. The only reason that I scored the reception as a 7 was due to the fact that the receptionist was busy with other clients upon my arrival. It was a bit crowded and congested at the entry, and a bit of a wait before I was spoken to. However, another therapist came up to me after a little while and welcomed me, and showed me where to hang my coat. My masseuse was truly caring and you could feel her energy throughout the treatment. It was delightful.

Everything was great but I booked a massage for 1 hour and I was given 1 1/2 hour massage. Luckily I had the babysitter for 2 hours so it was not such a big problem. Nevertheless, I would have preferred being asked before the massage about the time difference.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Sylvia Pizzi Spa. The atmosphere was one of serene relaxing and peacefulness . Having been to many Spas I recognize the non commercial well suited beauitiful Zen environment that is so condusive to the real goal of releaving stress and helping one relax .... This is a gem of a Spa in the heart of the city ,I will definitly entertaining this Spa in the Future....
