  "First off, Kensington parking is crazy - 2hr+ parking is full all day. Just get what you can and the spa staff will plug your meter. The 1.5 hour massage is not all massage - the 'chromacolour' bath really just has lights in it - green is pretty eerie! - but it warms and relaxes you before the massage. I'd still rather get the extra 1/2 hour as massage. The facial was great, and the esthetician didn't push a bunch of extra products. At this price point, I was surprised there was no complimentary steam/shower area, with blowdryers and other amenities, so I ended up walking through Kensington looking like I just rolled out of bed! Oh well, I was so relaxed I didn't really care!"

  "I paid for a 90 minute facial and a 90 minute massage. The 90 minute facial was good but the massage was not actually 90 minutes. Swizzlesticks includes in the 90 minutes, a bath, so my actual massage was more like 50-55 minutes. The bathtub was rather old and definitely took away from the spa experience."

  "The only confusing thing about Swizzlesticks was finding the door! But, when I wandered into the hair salon by mistake, the lovely receptionist actually took me to the stairs to ensure i found my way! My Detox wrap wasn't quite what I expected, but it was absolutely wonderful!!! Highly recommended for a relaxing, soothing massage!"
