I have been going to Studio 99 since it opened,and I have never had a bad experience.The hairdressers are always friendly and the estheticians are always nice as well.I throughly enjoyed my pedicure,and even though i foolishly went in a hot tub that night and my polish melted off,they re-painted them the next day at no charge.I also recommend them for eye brows waxing and always leave feeling pampered. Ask for Dennis to cut your hair!!

While the facilities were clean and large, the staff were quite young with limited experience. Nail polish peeled off hands within 24 hours and massage was ineffective. Pedicure was a bowl of warm water and a harsh scrub which irritated my legs. Estheticians chatted together throughout mani/pedi. I would not return for Spa services. There are far better Spas in Ptbo. but not associated with WaySpa.
