Incredibly disappointing. Worst facial I ever got. I went with my boyfriend and both our aestheticians were beginners, which is okay, I like to encourage new aestheticians. Being an aesthetician myself, I was very surprised with how bad she was. I don’t understand how she even graduated. The whole facial was so fast, and rough, I couldn’t relax. She completely ignored my comment about my sensitive nose (I had a cold) and just kept on rubbing it with towels. The massage was very light and fast and the moves were done badly. The extractions ... what extractions? She squeezed my nose once. She cleaned my face with either frozen water or very hot water. My boyfriend had the same experience. All his blackheads were still on his nose and we came out of the spa with dried mask still stuck around our face. Not worth the 90$ we paid for the facials. We’re never going back there again.

I really enjoyed the hour long body massage. It was absolutely wonderful. I found the atmosphere great and the staff friendly and overall totally relaxing. The facial was also incredible, along with the pedicure. I was, however, not so impressed with the manicure. The technician was wonderful, friendly and easy to talk to, but I have had other manicures that were much better than the one I received. My nails were cut crooked, and they were not sanded or buffed. The hand massage was great, but for the price it was not worth it. I could have made my nails look as they did when finished at home in less than five minutes. In fact, they would have looked better. All over, I recommend this spa for most of the treatments I received, but definitely not for the manicure.
