Through repeated practice, you will develop the ability to allow the stress and commotion of daily life to flow around you, leaving you feeling peaceful, serene, and at harmony with yourself and others. Skin Deep’s Zen Water Experience is designed to promote this process. Water is the foundation of all life. It nurtures and rehabilitates, purifies and protects. It is at once charged with energy yet infinitely still. Immersing yourself in Skin Deep’s Zen Water is a truly meditative experience. First, your mind and emotions are soothed by trickling waterfalls, and a warm, gentle rain. Next, your body is brought into a state of balance by mud purifiers and mineral baths. Your thoughts clear, your mind refreshes, and you emerge feeling rejuvenated and energized, yet relaxed and calm. Your Zen Guide will direct you from one chamber to the next as you journey through the Zen Water Experience. Please note that, on most days, the Zen Water Experience is coed, so a bathing suit is requested. The Guide will show you where to change and store your belongings in preparation for your journey. Your Guide will escort you throughout your journey to make sure you get safely and serenely through the three stages of the Zen Water Experience.
