This lovely spa is starting to look like it needs some maintenance -- ill-fitting doors, crusty faucets, etc. Most of the staff are very skilled and friendly. I was pleased with the pedicure and salt scrub treatment that I received. A more comfortable waiting area, or at least more comfy chairs, would be a welcome addition.

We visited the Chateau Canmore location of Satori spa. This is a much smaller location, but has a couples room that accommodated me and my husband so we could enjoy our treatments together. I loved the hot stone massage!

I did not receive the services I had booked for 1 month in advance. The spa was closed, I waited for 1 hr just in case they stepped out for a couple of minutes. I received NO NOTIFICATION that they will not be open, and the Hours of Operation sign indicated they should have been open. I left several messages, no one returned my call, not even the next day. I was on a trip in Alberta from Toronto, and was extremely TICKED OFF that my time was wasted. I was excited to the body wrap, and had each day planned with an activity. We were left with 1 day wasted because of the incompetence and irresponsibility of Satori Spa. I will not and would never recommend this Spa as a result of this experience. Especially since I had all of the activities planned for my trip 1 month in advance!
