The stasff was professional and very friendly but the services I received weren't very well done. The waxing was done in a hurry and she missed many parts of my legs. The mani and pedi were painful. I have some nips around my nails and a cut under one of my big toe nail. I'm very disappointed because the staff was very nice... :(

They used lots of different products that all smelled great and had various consistencies. She spent lots of time on the facial massage portion, which is appreciated. I felt very relaxed. The only thing I'd suggest is to ask the customer where they want to know about the "14 zones", as she announces each one before investigating. No biggie though. At the end, she gave me many samples which is appreciated. I'd totally go again.

If you're looking for a really top of the line pedicure, this place might not be the place for you, especially if you're expecting a massaging chair with a spa type basin for your feet. Staff were very nice, decor was nice, but I've personally had better (cheaper) pedicures elsewhere.

First of all, I think my skin has been great after going for the facial. What made me look for a salon is my increasingly problematic skin! I used to have near perfect skin but I guess hormones/stress is destroying it .... At first I was worried since it is a Tanning Salon & Nail Bar ( says nothing about skin care and facial :P ) but Nancy is very informative and she's a registered aesthetician for Demologica! I love the products, I got a cleanser, scrub and moisturizer and I have already seen improvements! ( And it has only been 3 days! ) This is a great place for facial, since the #1 thing I want is to improve my skin condition. A lot of other people were there ( Sat morning ). One thing I don't like is the receptionist ( owner? ), I was never warmly welcomed since there were quite a lot of people there, the waiting area is quite small ( need more chairs ), and it'll be great IF they offer herbal tea like the other spa I went to. I would Ritual to provide a more relaxing environment for customers to relax, then a relatively noisy environment where everyone is running around for services. I wouldn't mind if I were left in the room and relax for like 10-15 minutes, that would be great! Other than all these, i do get what i want --> BETTER SKIN! :D New branch opening up very soon! YAY! For the price the pedicure was a good value altho I felt it was a bit rushed. The facilities were also a little hot as the pedicure room is between rooms that contain tanning equipment. Otherwise, the esthetician was extremely friendly and warm and made the experience enjoyable. I will definitely return.

The staff were well-educated and VERY welcoming and friendly! I loved the ultra-modern decor. They were very thorough and informative with the express facial as well as with the peppermint pedicure. The only thing I missed during this spa visit was the foot tub - they soak your feet in a bowl for the pedicure - but nevertheless - it was the best pedicure I've ever had!
