Won't go back. Had a pedicure the quarters were cramped, it seems like they were overbooked and our appts were 1:30 for a 45 minute pedicure and didn't get out until 3:30! Noticed the ladies doing the pedicures sharing a table between them SHARED tools! Horrible experience.

No matter what they say, they DO NOT accomodate groups! They did not have enough seating in reception and the receptionist was not very welcoming. 7 of us went together and we booked pedicures, manicure and facials, but there was only 1 person doing the pedicures/manicure and 2 on facials. They started at 10:30 am and did not finish until 5pm! They DO NOT have "state-of-the-art" facilities, because we had to sit beside an old heater to dry our nails! That right! As in, put your chair in front of the heater and hold your hands up in the air! Unbelieveable! We had to take a picture. They didn't even have nail dryers!?! There also wasn't enough seating at all and there were only 7 of us. They say they can accomodate 15? Where? This was a pre-booked group event directly with the Manager himself (who wasn't in town that day, conveniently). The manager promised to have extra staff to accomodate us that day and clearly, there wasn't. I feel for the staff, for they tried their best with what they had. NOT RECOMMENED!! Save your money and take it some other place!
