I booked a hair package with highlights and cut. When I spoke with the creative director, she advised that highlights wouldn't work for me because I had been colouring my hair at home and the products used from your average drug store aren't good for my hair. So, she instead offered to colour my hair instead of the highlights. The cut & colour turned out great and Melanie was really informative, friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.
