Overall the experience was very nice. The music seemed to have a mind of its own. At the beginning of my massage, no music at all and then it came on and was too loud. The staff was very knowledgable for both my massage and facial. Good feedback and advice for me. The toilet was quite dirty, which is shocking for such a nice spa.

I had a great experience. My RMT was wonderful (kyla) How ever I think that the front desk should be more inviting. I wasn't greeted. And when I was paying and leaving I wasn't paid attention too. The receptionist was busy picking up the phone and attending me at the same time. overall the RMT and spa amenities. Also there was repairs being done during my experience.

Great massage! Novo spa had screwed up my appointment by booking it an hour later, when I wasn't able to go, after the appointment had already been confirmed at the time of booking and on wayspa. The person I spoke with was not accomodating at all. She said if I couldn't come, I'd have to rebook for another time. The manager called me the next morning and told me to come in at my scheduled time.
