"I found the experience relaxing and effective. I've been to other spas (in Montreal) and so that is why I rated the "welcome" and the "facilities" lower. Overall, I will go back to the spa."

"The facial itself was wonderful. My only concern was that my appointment was a half an hour late to start, which I would have been ok with if someone at least told me that the technician I was booked with had to leave for a family emergency, so I had to wait for the other technician to finish her appointment first. Other than that it was great."

"It was hard to get an appointment for a manicure and pedicure together and not 2 hours apart. So the spa combined the mani/pedi at the same time and was very awkward. Twisting your body one way for the manicure was not enjoyable. Also it was a poorly lit room and the manicure was sub-par in quality - bubbling with the polish and my nails were not properly filed leaving jagged edges under the polish. However, the pedi was done very professionally and looked great. I also had a brazilian wax - and have to give credit the person who performed this service - very well done."

"Best Massage ever! Monica was fantastic, really listened to problem areas and made sure she focused the therapy there. Skin Brightnening facial by Jena was excellent - she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable during the extractions. I will be back for sure every month Thank-you"
