The spa staff was friendly and not pushy at all in terms of marketing their products. I had a swedish massage and their signature facial. The masseuse was great - very gentle just like I wanted. The facialist was also very nice but I would have liked it if the facial included something for my hands, like a hydrating wrap, which other spas sometimes include in their facials. The facilities are okay but I've seen better; for example, they didn't have any lockers (my stuff went in a tray) and the vent pipes were in plain view. But overall, it wasn't bad and I would probably go back.

Moonflower is a small, clean, relaxing with exceptional service. My massage by Emi and facial by Akiko were amazing and far better than services I have received at higher priced, more famous salons. I'm so happy I found this gem in Midtown.
