Everything was perfect excpet the lady (Kelly) who performed my pedicure didn't where gloves. I found this very unsanitary. I refused to have my manicure performed after this. She had a cold and she kept wiping her nose with the back of her hand. I stopped the pedicure early. Kim was outstanding, she defines perfionalism and they should have more people like her at the Millcroft.
