The staff were wonderful and warm and the treatment was excellent. I would definitely recommend this spa. There were some renos to the storefront going on when I went so it was a bit off-putting but I imagine once they're finished, the reception area will be lovely.

I spent about 6 1/2 hours at La Raffinage this week, as I bought a package that included a facial, massage, manicure, pedicure and spa lunch. The space is clean and bright, in spirit and energy. The staff are deeply committed to their services and products -- and so professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming that I immediately felt like a regular client. Jelena, the manicurist/pedicurist, and Maria, the esthetician, really went out of their way to make my visit memorable, and my impression was that they treat all their clientelle this well. I absolutely loved this spa experience and intend to go back again and again.

I had a really enjoyable experience at la raffinage. my masseuse practiced craniosacral therapy which is good for if you suffer from bad posture. i really felt like my back was much straighter coming out of the massage. it was very relaxing and quite good overall.
