Not the most inviting looking spa - its in a strip mall type store front. Was not offered water or anything while waiting. Was not asked preference for male/female therapist when spa reconfirmed appointment by phone. Some treatment options listed on site no longer offered (wrap add-on in packages). Was given male therapist (I'm female) - others might not be comfortable with this. Therapist was excellent - would be good for theraputic treatments also.
