Christophe Delamarre hails from one of Canada’s top destination resorts renowned for it's innovative cuisine style, The Aerie located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Born in France, Christophe began his study in Paris and now brings a wealth of experience and the highest level of craftsmanship to Grail Springs.
With a keen intuitive gift for the culinary arts and a passion for presenting extraordinary food experiences, Christophe continues to find ways to take nutritionally balanced foods and present amazingly delicious spa cuisine.
