The staff was nice, the place is beautiful, but not very private if that is what you are looking for. They do not take Way Spa certificates anymore, and would not honor mine. Phone calls are not always returned, had to call 3 different days to make a change before my call was returned. Quality of services is fine, but not any better than most nail salons I have been to. Currently trying to resolve being refunded the holding fee they placed on my credit card. Overall, not a relaxing experience, and not what I wanted to deal with while preparing for my wedding.
