The staff at Solitude Day Spa are very nice. The atmosphere in the spa is very relaxing. I tried the parafango wrap for the first time and it left my skin really soft and smooth. The esthetician was friendly and made me feel comfortable as I am a bit shy when it comes to body treatments. I would definitely go back again for more treatments in the future.

The techican was wonderful. She did a great job (best pedicure and manicure I have ever had). I did ask for a coffee (they said there was none made); that was annoying. Also the chairs in reception were very uncomfortable and when I arrived, I was asked to fill out a form, I passed it back, and no one said anything to me, so I just waited. I would have liked to be asked if I would like something to drink whil I was waiting, so fo someone to come around the desk and tell me what was next. These are the little touches that make a difference and with such competition with Spa's it is these differences that make me decide to go back. Jeanette

I had a pedicure. Very nice woman who did it and good job. As i paid reception on the way out, there was $3.75 left on my wayspa card and i asked if I needed to keep the card to use it toward a next service. The receptionist acted like i was cheap for wanting my 3.75. I had tipped the pedicurist well, so it had nothing to do with that. She was just rude.

From the moment you open the door at Solitude, the wonderful aromas and relaxing music begin to ease away the stress. The pleasant and helpful staff explain the procedures at every step of the way. The massage was very relaxing and relieved tension. The steam room was clean and hot and a nice indulgence. The Talk of the Town Facial was rejuvenating and the pedicure was very thorough. I cannot wait to return to Solitude Day Spa!
