As Spa Attendant you are a vital part of ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit to the Spa for our clients. You will be responsible for all public areas , treatment and locker rooms keeping them stocked and maintained in a clean and orderly manner. You will act as an overall ambassador of The Spa while guests are in the lounge. Treat them as if they are coming into your home. Qualifications: -TEAM PLAYER with a positive attitude and the ability to "think with possiblities" to accommodate client requests. -Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or spa environment. -Previous housekeeping experience a definite asset. - Good communication skills with ability to make guests feel comfortable. Responsibilities: -Greet all clients in friendly and courteous manner. -Assist other members of the spa team in ensuring that each client has a seamless and enjoyable Spa experience (e.g. order room service, offer beverages, provide information on services, etc.). -Provide facility tours as requested and enthusiastically promote all other services and facilities of the Hotel and Spa. -Ensure that juice bar and amenity areas are always stocked and coffee and hot water is fresh. -Ensure client robes and slippers are always stocked in change rooms. -Maintain current product knowledge about all Spa services offered. -Ensure towels and linens in treatment rooms are replenished and well stocked. -Wet mop treatment room floors and dust treatment room shelves on a daily basis. -Receive delivery orders and dispose of shipping cardboard and excessive garbage whenever necessary. -Follow opening and closing procedures to allow for smooth spa operations. -Assist with food service, including taking orders, delivering food to clients, and cleaning up food areas when clients are finished eating. -Arrive for all shifts 15 minutes early and in proper attire. May be asked to perform other duties as required. Note: This is a part time position working weekends.
