The Aesthetician will be involved in all day-to-day operations of the Spa with a focus on performing services and retailing products offered in the Spa. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ◦Perform Spa treatments to trained protocols and standards, with the utmost of professionalism and care. ◦Understands all Spa services, treatments and classes offered and is able to explain each in a clear precise manner. ◦Responsible for maintaining the safe operation and condition of the aesthetic equipment and supplies; and bringing any concerns to the attention of the Lead Aesthetician. ◦Responsible for proper set up and maintenance of Spa treatment rooms. ◦Provide appropriate home care and skincare recommendations to all clients ensuring superior customer service levels within the Spa. ◦Strive to meet retail and retention goals as set out by the Lead Aesthetician and Spa Director on a weekly and monthly basis. ◦Ensure continuous learning and skill development within the Aesthetic Department for personal growth and client benefit. ◦Responsible for the safekeeping and maintenance of Client files accessed by the Aesthetic Department; and brings any concerns to the attention of Management regarding these files. ◦Assist in any other areas of the Spa as deemed necessary by your supervisor. ◦Ensure that every guest has a superior spa experience with Holtz through our hospitality, care and professionalism.
