the over all experience in the spa was fine, but i have to say there customer service other then that is terrible. they make it hard to book an appointments in the first place difficult as well, never answer the phone, or return messages left to make appointments. When i did finally manage to get an appoitment made ( had to go in to the place to do it) the day i went, there was no one there. the place was closed. NOT IMPRESSED i recieved a spa package form a friend (that's why i was trying it out) and really would have liked to have loved the place since it's so close to my house.
