The girls at the Self centre were very friendly and approachable. I had a body wrap and then a massage, each service done by a different therapist. The body wrap was amazing, I felt relaxed and 'detoxed' by the end of it, it was hot! Then the massage was divine, my muscles were so limber from the hot wrap that the therapist could really get in there and get the knots out. I will be going back.

The aromatherapy massage was awesome... Laina is an excellent massage therapist. I also had a galv facial that was super. Left my face feeling so good during and after the treatment. I would definitely recommend this spa for all your massage and detox treatments!

This was more theraputic then spa style but I definitely felt less tension then when I got there.

My experience at the Self Massage & Detox was wonderful I felt like I shed physical and emotional toxins while I was there. I would recommend this centre to anyone looking to detoxify and feel healthier!!!! Thank you to Lara for the great experience!!

Everyone was very friendly and approachable and I had one of the best massages I have ever had, which released the pain in my neck and shoulders tremendously. I also had the Infrared Body wrap and it was soooo relaxing but then got pretty intensely sweaty (which is what I wanted, to sweat out some inches and toxins)!

I have been getting massage therapy for the past 9 years and the Self Centre has the best therapists. They actually know what they are doing and don't just rub oil all over your body... and then charge you a fortune. When I want a massage I want someone who is strong. My husband and I have found the Self Centre a few months ago and we are now faithful fans. We love them.
