Like the previous posters, it was weird to discover a spa in such a building. I used to go to the spa located on Nun's Island so when they closed, I wanted to find a spa that did pedicures using the electric rotary file. So I booked. The first time I went, I found the girl did only an average job. She barely cleared the callouses on my feet. I went back a second time because I had received a gift card. Her electric rotary file was broken and she just summarily did my feet with a regular feet file. Not impressed. The view of Mont Royal is beautiful but not going back again for pedicure. I really want to find a place does pedicures with the rotary file. Any suggestions?

I found the spa to be very nice considering the building it was in. I was a little surprised that the spa was on the 16th floor and the building was quite dated. Once we arrived and got past reception it started to feel like a true spa once we were in our cozy robes enjoying the view and the fresh fruit and snacks provided in the waiting area. I have definitely been to nicer newer spas but the services provided were excellent.

I absolutely love going to see Beatrice at Spa Eastman! She is amazing to say the least. The waiting room, since the renovation a couple of years ago, is now also the after treatment room. Honestly I much preferred having a separate relaxing room with the reclining chairs after my massage. The only other comment I have is that the staff is at times distractingly chatty in the background with one another. A bit uncomfortable to be near gossip type chatting. Although I have been visiting for several years, due to the quality of massage received! Fantastic!
