    I will keep coming back to this spa - the prices are good, the massage/facial treatment I recieved was great, and the atmosphere was nice.

    Very friendly, welcoming staff. Esthetician made sure I understood each step as she was doing it and sought feedback about how I was feeling and what I wanted. The massage in paritcular was excellent. Unpretentious place with good service. I felt very comfortable at this spa.

    I loved the fact that she hoped on the bed, it gave her more of an edge to apply pressure in the most tense areas! Great value, great massage, great everything! The only thing, but I tuned it out after awhile, was that the same song was playing over and over and over again the whole time I was there. A little annoying, but I will definitely be returning!

    I took my mother to Richmond Spa and we have an amazing time. Lucy and Lin pampered us and treated us wonderfully from the moment we entered. A truly relaxing experience. Highly reccomended!
