The atmosphere was very nice and the staff that provided the services were very nice too.Best massage in the city! I have no time to try any other services, I absolutely love the massage.I won't go anywhere else!

It was a wonderful experience.The Spa was AMAZING and made me really relaxing and enjoyable. I particularly like to have a massage to relax after the stresses of business travel. The technicians were very friendly and welcoming. All in all, it was a really good experience. Planning on going back next month.

It's a wonderful looking environment. I was very relaxed all the time.There was a calm atmosphere and I felt no rushing needed.I really enjoyed the massage and the body scrub.I'll be back certainly. Thanks for a very enjoyable experience.

I live in New York and make frequent business trips to Toronto on short notice.They are accommodating when I call to make an appointment for the same or the next day.The spa is so warm and welcoming after a harried day of meetings. The massage was great and very relaxing.The person who gave me the massage and facial was very nice and did a great job.I recommend this spa to anyone who wants to enjoy a day of relaxation.

I treated my sister to a spa day for her birthday and we both really enjoyed ourselves and left fully relaxed and satisfied. We had the summer special package: 45 min massage, 45 min facial, manicure and mini pedicure. It was just what we needed after a long day. The staff was friendly and the service was great! It felt like the massage and facial lasted longer than 45 minutes. The strength of the massage was perfect! I'm a tiny girl and usually masseuses are always too light on my massages, but this one was perfect. It melted away the tension in my shoulders and neck. I highly recommend this spa! Ask for Joanne. She's the nicest lady and was always concerned with my comfort and needs.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Richmond Spa.Very clean, very professional and relaxing environment. Very pleasant staff.I had a great massage at a very affordable price.Everyone at Rich mond Spa made me feel welcome! Will definitely become a regular! Very enjoyable!!

The spa is so warm and welcoming after a harried day of meetings. I was very relaxed all the time. The treatment rooms were fantastic. All the staff was great helpful and accommodating. There was a calm atmosphere and I felt no rushing needed. It really helps me to relax and to relieve the tightness in my hips and low back. Will definitely recommend it! Fabulous!

I had a wonderful experience at Richmond Spa.Nice clean facility. Good treats. Massage therapist was flexible.I love the rooms and the experience and the staff is so knowledgeable. I felt so relaxed and stress free.I have only been to one or two other spas but I definitely like this one a lot.I highly recommend this spa. Thank you WaySpa!
