Bed was not very comfortable. I don't notice any difference in my complexion post-facial. Changerooms are tiny, no shower.

Massage therapist was not very skilled and the massage was just ok. Booking was a bit confusing as the staff seemed to make errors in booking and did not return calls in a timely manner.

This was my 1st experience with this spa. When I called to book my massage ( a gift certificate was waiting for me for 1 1/2 hr massage ), the girl was pleasant and helpful. However, no direction was given as to my time of arrival in order to benefit from my first visit. Upon arrival, I was ignored at the front desk and given a "confused" look when looking me up on the computer. I was told that I did not have an appointment. I was directed upstairs. I was greeted with a smile by Paul. He never explained the services offered (tea, change rooms, shower facilities - if any) or by name, who would be my therapist. He did not offer to take my coat - or tell me where I may put it! I changed in a small changeroom but was not told where to go afterwards. Renata was fantastic. The facilities were very nice and extremely clean. But, I was not directed to anyone/anyplace for dismissal. I was standing at the counter upstairs - only to be ignored, once again, by this girl. She seemed to have a short temper with other staff and no tolerance or positive affinity to the clients around her. I was never asked how my first visit was today, nor was I offered to partake in a cup of tea after having been there for 2 hours. All in all, I am curious about the other services of the spa. They have very impressive products and supplies for sale and the spa is clean, dimly lit, and quiet - for the most part. In my opinion, reception staff is the key to one's experience from start to finish. I was not impressed and was left feeling cheated of a 'total - wow - experience " that other spas so dutifully try to instill - esp. with new clients. I'll consider returning for a second time.

My RMT, Renata, was fabulous. It was a relaxing experience and my objectives for going to a massage were met.

Esthetically pleasing but treatment was so, so. There is tea on a side table in the 2nd floor reception/waiting room but no one offers you any or tells you to help yourself. The change/locker room is so small. The walls between the treatment rooms are too thin - I could hear the whole conversation from the next room. RMT tried to sell additional ‘products’ from start to finish.
