I felt as if I was "intruding". They didn't seem prepared for my appointment - I was moved to another room, was asked several times what I was there for etc. I will not recommend Rain Spa to my girlfriends.

Facilities are overall nice and modern. The hallway and rooms are quite small and cumbersome. Also it was so noisy in the hallways, you could overhear people talking and it wasn't very relaxing while getting my massage.

It was my first visit to this Spa to do message with a 15%off gift certificate. The message was good, but when I checked out and paid with my gift certificate, the receptionist(cashier) on the sedond floor (where they provide message services)seems not familiar with gift certificate and treated me very unpolitely. I felt like I was treated like a crime, Why? Is there anything wrong with gift certificate? If I receive a gift certificate promotion e-mail monthly from WaySpa.com then how could those participate spa employee doesn't familiar with it? Then I contact Way Spa.com customer service to let them know what happened. The response was" Did you bring in the Voucher code or the Gift Certificate code when you attended the Spa?If so, what is your voucher code or gift certificate code? ridiculous

Very enjoyable and will return again (for a longer period of time...i think i would benefit from a day-long massage....hahaha...it's nice to dream, isn't it??)
