I was warmly welcomed by the reception, that was nice, but I didn't like that place, it's waaaaay too small. My belongings were placed in a locker room/shower room/bathroom, I couldn't believe my coat was just hanging behind a door where people go to the toilet. For the same price I'd very much prefer the one INSIDE sheraton mall on the lower floor. I booked myself to this location by mistake and the atmosphere is nothing compare to the one in sheraton. The people were friendly and helpful, they seemed apologetic even though I was the one who made the mistake. The person who gave me the massage was named Eva and she was horrible. Eva wasn't really massaging at times, it seemed like she was just poking me here and there. She couldn't handle the hot stones and was very rough with them, she was actually DROPPING the hot stones onto my body. She left the room twice during our session, very unprofessional. It was not relaxing at all. My husband however, enjoyed his massage by another lady. I guess it really depends on the masseuse.

I looked online for a deal at this location for a friend's birthday since I was broke but I had Wayspa gift certificates. I found a deal that was a Swedish massage that I was going to give to my friend and it was 2 for 1 so I figured I may as well get one myself. I booked the appointment on the phone and I confirmed that it would be 2 for 1 and the receptionist told me that it was correct. So we went and had a great massage and then once we were done the lady at the front asked how we would like to pay the balance since I was using GCs. I figured it would only be the tax but it ended up being another $100 because the promotion was on longer on the website. So the lady pulls up their page on the website and of course it's gone (which they would have EASILY removed themselves before they decided to give us the charge). I would not even have gotten a massage myself had I not seen and confirmed this package with the person who had booked my appointment for me. They told me that it must have been the receptionist's fault and she must have been confused with another promotion (which really means that it's still their fault) so I asked to speak to their manager who was at their other location. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with her (and completely ruining the mood of my friend's birthday) she finally admitted that the promotion was on when I had booked it but it had finished. The relaxing effects of the massage had completely worn off by then and I just wanted to get out of there so I gave them the cash that I had meant to give as a tip to the laides and left it at that. Don't go there!!! Ever!!!

The staff were not welcoming at all and the facilities were very small. The staff constantly tried to up sale and make us pay more money. My friend and I went for the hydrating facial and the entire time they were telling us what products to buy and why, they even brought the products during the facial to show us. Even worse, they tried to overcharge us for the facial and we had to go on wayspa.com to prove to them that they were over charging us. The results of the facial were mediocre and the service was horrible! Would not recommend.

My husband and I also booked this treatment believing that it was the location at the Sheraton Hotel and had to be directed around the corner to this location with the same name in a plaza. This was a little disappointing. Upon reaching the spa, we were greeted by two ladies with very poor English. This was uncomfortable. The waiting room was hardly a waiting room, we sat on chairs in their hallway which was the size of a closet. It led to the very small spa rooms that barely held two massage tables for our couples massage. The massage was very good. However, at the end of the treatment, my husband and I both received receipts for our insurance with the same name, ID number and signature. We found this odd as we both received our treatments from two different people. While the treatment itself was good, the facilities and staff were not, we will not visit this spa again.

The place is quite small but they use the space well and do the job well. The waiting room should have some music or magazines so that I'm not just sitting there waiting and staring at four walls. I am a slightly bigger hipped person and the beds were just a bit slim for me to lie there and have my arms in place as well. Both of the RMT's were very nice and both my partner and I say that they did a wonderful job. If the environment was just a bit more spacious, I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

It wasn't what I expected at all. The spa that I went to was so small, literally just a room with a bed there. I'm not sure if i will ever go back again.

My girlfriend and I went to get a massage and while it started off okay, it ended off on a sour note. I booked the Thai Stem Massage and was not told that they would be putting anything hot on my body (this was my first time trying out this massage). Since I could tolerate the hotness, I didn't mind it much. The experience ended off badly when I was charged an extra $20 for the "stem". This fee was not listed on wayspa or was I informed upon booking. Since I didn't have coverage and if I had known about the extra amount, I wouldn't have booked this particular treatment.
