I just had what can only be described as my best Brazilian ever @ Aroma. Nearly painless (it is waxing after all) and they had all the 'stuff' wax remover, lotion and even tea tree oil to 'clean' myself up with after. I've been looking for a new place and feel like the groupon that led me there was heaven sent :) Staff could have been a smidge more attentive in the waiting area, and my appt started about 10 minutes late. I will be back.

How much do I love Aroma Spa? Let me count the ways! First off, every single girl who works in this spa are just absolute sweethearts. I moved from London to Toronto a couple of years ago and was traumatized at the idea of giving up my AMAZING bikini wax girl over there. After lots of horrible experiences, I found Aroma two years ago and never looked back. Mary and Alaa do AMAZING bikini waxes - fast, comfortable, and about as painless as a bikini wax can possibly be. Alaa also takes care of my unruly brows. I think what I love most about this place is that I'm so comfortable letting them mess with my ladyparts, while I'm having a wax I'm just chatting away like nothing is going on. They're also accommodating and kind - there have been countless times when I've had some sort of emergency and they squeezed me in. Basically, I can't say enough nice things. I've never had a bad experience here and i think amazing service deserves recognition so, thank you Aroma! I will be visiting you for years to come!!!

I was really looking forward to getting a full leg wax and pedicure. After reading the reviews I thought it would be great but I was really disappointed. The Spa is clean and smells nice but I wasn't greeted at all - just rushed into the room for my wax which was pretty standard. My 'organic' pedicure is only organic because the nailpolish is lower in toxins than standard polish and the selection of colours is small. It was 60min long and there was no massage at all. She stretched out what should've been done in the usual 20-30min pedi over an hour and I could've had better results if I'd done it myself. Not going back.

The staff were pleasant and warm and very accomodating. I had never been to a spa or had a facial before and they were very informative.

Fantastic service as usual. I go for waxing services and always walk out happy. Whatever waxes they use is virtually pain free.

First visit to the spa: Before I even got there they e-mailed me and requested to change the time of my booked appt.twice. Got there not offered water or anything. Found washrooms on my own. Certainly did not feel warm and inviting. My back Treatment was okay.The cost was very reasonable. I also had a few black heads removed from my chest and offered to pay extra and was told no I do not have to but I found it strange that she steamed my back but not my chest for extraction. There is still a redness on my chest, hopefully it goes away. Would I go back, no! There are too many spa's out there to choose from.

It was great. I came late for my appointment, but they were very accommodating, which I thought was great of them. And they did a great job.
