I have been going to Valentine Spa for over a year. I love the service! Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and services. They are also very up to date on changes in the spa industry and service methods. Whether it's a wax, a facial, electrolysis or makeup, I wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment!

I love Valentine Spa! The service is always quality and personalized, and best of all I always get results! I came to Andrea after five years of chronic acne. None of the products I used ever worked completely. All the results prmised within one month were very minor and unnoticiable. At Valentine Spa I had a personalized treatment plan suggested to me. Andrea recommended fantastic aesthetician grade products I couldn't find anywhere else and actually told me what they did for my skin and why. These products really gave me the results I wanted, and most importantly continue to give me results everyday. At Valentine I really got the hands-on approach as they physically work with my skin during facials and track my progress, giving me priceless advice. Between the products and the facials my acne is starting to clear. The black heads that have been in my skin for years are finally coming out. The colour of my skin has changed from irritated and red to a healthy pink. I've never felt more proud of my skin and so optimistic! Thank you Valentine Spa!

I had a brazilian wax done for the first time ever yesterday at Valentine Spa. It was fairly painless and was done thoroughly. Given that it was my first time, Andrea familiarized me with the procedure, which helped me feel comfortable. It was great that she shared some information about the products being used for waxing and also gave me guidelines on how to take care of waxed areas. I'm very glad the I went to Valentines Spa, will definitely avail of their services again; also will definitely recommend to my friends!

I hadn't gone to a salon since I'd moved into the area and I'm thrilled that I chose to go to Valentine. I'd only gone for a few Brazilian waxes prior to this time. But, I have to say that this was the best one I'd ever gotten. It was quick, fairly painless, and thorough. And even thought it was so brief, Andrea was still personable and made me feel completely comfortable. I'm glad to say that I've found my new usual place

I regularly visit Valentine spa for my monthly Brazilian wax, and from the first time and onward I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. My aesthetian was very professional, friendly and inviting. My first visit to Valentine was my second time getting this treatment and I was very apprehensive due to my first and worst previous experience at another spa. The products used, as well as the combination of her skill and knowledge always left me with a wax that was perfect. After each visit, the pain of waxing just got less scary and less painful. It's always nice feeling free to be able to hop in a bathing suit without worry whenever I wanted and be able to do so much more. I always leave my appointment with new knowledge of what I can do to improve or enhance my skin in someway or be given recommendations on what I can do or how I can do that. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants to truly enjoy the full spa experience.

No other spa has ever made me feel as welcome as Valentine Spa, there presence is greatly needed and appreciated. As a male it is difficult to find a place to get simple and affective services. They have a great team, and leader! Thank you for the amazing experience

The environment is so inviting and relaxing - you feel like you're walking into your best friend's living room. Andrea is extremely knowledgeable and knows just want to recommend for you and your skin.

I had my first Brazillian at Valentine. It was quick and to my suprise not as painful as I imagined. It was a great experience. The reception was warm and inviting and Andrea made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I will definitely visit Valentine again. Thanks for a great service.
