What to expect! Treatment Times Most treatments for facials and massages are one hour. Pamper packages including multiple serves take longer. Please allow for undressing,  dressing, consultation, and resting time. Late Arrivals Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Please understand scheduled services cannot be extended. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only  for the  remainder  of the scheduled  session. You will be responsible for the full service fee. Health Information In order to ensure customized treatments and to accommodate  special needs, a Client Consultation  form must be completed by each  guest during their first visit. Reservations When a guest makes a reservation  for services, a credit card number or gift certificate number is retained.  We request if a reservation must be cancelled, it be done 24 hours  prior to the scheduled service time. If less than 24 hours notice is given,  a cancellation fee for the complete service will be charged. Settling Your Account Cash, personal check, Discover,  Visa, MasterCard,  and American Express are accepted. There is a $30 fee for returned  checks. Gratuities The typical gratuity is 20%  for services provided. We  are grateful  for your loyalty and referrals. Pets are not permitted on the premises. Draping  and Comfort Generally, undress completely to receive the  full benefit of these therapeutic treatments. To respect your privacy throughout  your treatments,  only the region your therapist is working on is undraped.  Please  give your therapist feedback regarding your comfort. Safety For your safety and ours,  we take all  universal precautions necessary and use the finest methods  in sterilization. Additional Considerations Limousine service is available to  and from The Body Wellness Clinic  for an additional fee.  Plan to stay a night or two in Los Angeles or have a long lay over at LAX? We are located only 1/4 mile from Los Angeles International Airport. There are a vast array of excellent hotels with varying budgets allong the "LAX Century Boulevard Corridor".
