Taking an approach that looks at many different factors in one's life is ideal for treating symptoms of depression, anxiety, addictions, low self esteem, stress, relationship issues, lack of balance in one's life and many other issues than many have to deal with on a daily basis. Awareness is the first part of change... Many of my clients come to therapy seeking relief or assistance on an array of different issues, problems and/or symptoms. While focusing on the present is essential, I have often helped my clients by assisting them in understanding how the past may be affecting their current situation. It is through this understanding that one can make the most change.”
