I have been to many spas, and the service was terrible. I hosted a birthday party and none of my friends and I found it relaxing. We each had our own lady that did our manicure, pedicure and facial. My room was dark and it had an open shower with a bed and the water was cold. The people that worked at the spa kept trying to sell us products and we kept declining. But they were very persistent, and it made my friends and I feel like we wanted to leave the spa immediately. One lady kept commenting on my friend's skin and how bad it was and what she needed to do to fix it. Not surprisingly, she will never go to another spa. I would not recommend this spa and would certainly not host any more parties at this spa.

We were welcomed warmly by all of the staff at the spa. We kept being offered tea and water, and given orange slices, apple slices and cookies. We had the Couples Escape for two. We would highly recommend the hot stone massage. The rocks weren't too hot and the massage was very relaxing. We also enjoyed the manicure and pedicure. Definately recommend this spa to other people who want to relax for a few hours.

The experience was wonderful - I have booked time for both me and my boyfriend to return - I was very disappointed in the lash tint though...it wass not very much....you can not even tell I got it done....but that could be my lashes....the girl that did them was very good...I will be back - I have to change the appointment from the 22nd to the 29th though....

I recently booked the Caesar Spa for my mom, my sister and I. We thoroughly enjoyed everything throughout the day. The treatments were wonderful, the atmosphere relaxing, the view and patio beautiful and the staff were all very gracious. I would recommend Caesar sPA to anyone. Excellent!!!

This spa has a nice decor and ambiance. The massage I received that they advertise on the front page of the website ($45 for 45 min swedish msg) was the worst I have ever experienced. The lady keeps on asking me questions non-related to the treatement, using her elbow over my bones which hurts so much. I told her to ease her her pressure and she doesn't sound happy. I got only one side of my body worked, the other side untouched and she abruptly ended the massage because times up. Think twice if you go for massage in this spa.

Not the most professional massage ever, but definitely one of the best I've ever had. Locker/washroom is tiny and during the massage someone in the hotel upstairs kept dropping something heavy on the floor, which startled me and obviously annoyed the masseuse. but everything is clean and the staff friendly. Overall, enjoyed it a lot... like I said, I honestly don't think I've gotten a better massage from elsewhere.

It was a very lovely experience. Even though the day that I went with my bf, it was drizziling outside, but we wanted our session to be held outside and al lthe staff were so helpful, bringing out more towels in case we get cold...Very good Spa !!

Hence the reason I have a very good complexion...I would like this done again or receive my money back or a gift certificate...as a business owner I would and I have given my staff treatments at various locations as insentives.

We went for a couples RMT massage and one of which was a pregnancy massage.it was our worst massage experience ever!! While making the appointment over the phone I specifically asked for the pregnancy pillow,and they confirmed they had it. When we went in for the massage, they had only regular pillows!!! I wantd to walk out then itself, coz its not the same without the preg pillow..but unfortunately we decided to give it a try.and we find out to our dismay that the lady doing my husband's massage was NOT RMT!!! she didnt even know how to give a massage!! There were interruptions throughout the treatment..They were knocking over tables, gesturing and talking to eachother!!! All in all..it was the worst massage we ever got and would really advice against going to that place!!
