The RMT massage is not performed by RMT. There was one RMT at the reception to sign your recipt for your RMT massage. I can't believe this is actually happening in Sheraton Hotel.

We had the hot stone massage, pedicure and manicure. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage, however I felt as if the girls doing the massage were almost rushing near the end. For the pedicure and manicure, it was an ok job, but the thing that ticked me off the most is during our manicures, they started speaking in another language to each other and then started laughing. The one girl then asked if we understood what they were saying. This made me feel really uncomfortable as it felt like they were talking rudly about us. I had some money left over from a gift certificate so I had also purchased a Green Tea Latte. The cost of this was $20 (way over priced but I had to spend the money since I was not going back). For a cost of $20, I expect a substantial sized cup with whipped cream, shards of Chocolate and a second cup should I want it! When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed as the cup was miniscule, had no whipped cream, no presentation and was worth $2.99... if even that. I will not be going back or be recommending this 'spa' to others.

I would not go back to Ceaser Spa. Way over priced for the sevice you get and from my experience I don't think I would consider it a true Spa. One staff member did all 3 of my treatments and although she was very kind and helpful she was not a massage therapist. What looked like a manager at the front desk was not helpful or curtious when we arrived and actually gave me a hard time because I didn't have the print out confirmation which I don't believe is stated as a must online. After waiting to start the "Spa experience" we were sent in to a very small bathroom and asked to put on a very short and tiny robe not fit for your average person. Overall very disappointing and certainly not worth the price when there are real spas out there for the same cost.

Had a girl’s spa day. Over all it was a great experience. The massage was wonderful and very relaxing. However, the pedicure was not up to par. They do not do the usual scrubbing and removing dry skin on your feet. Just a quick salt scrub. The nail polish application was not good at all, very streaky and I felt like I was rushed towards the end while they were waiting for the polish to dry. When I got home, I looked at the job they did more closely and it was all smudged up. The ambience was nice and the employees were very friendly.

It was my first time to a spa, my daughter treated myself & my daughter for mothers day. They catered to us it was great, they gave us tea and had strawberries & mangoes. After the whole thing I felt so light, and relaxed, I just wanted to come home and take a nice nap. It was very clean, the people there was very polite and took good care of us. I would definitely go back!
