The staff were not welcoming at all and the facilities were very small. The staff constantly tried to up sale and make us pay more money. My friend and I went for the hydrating facial and the entire time they were telling us what products to buy and why, they even brought the products during the facial to show us. Even worse, they tried to overcharge us for the facial and we had to go on wayspa.com to prove to them that they were over charging us. The results of the facial were mediocre and the service was horrible! Would not recommend.

The place is quite small but they use the space well and do the job well. The waiting room should have some music or magazines so that I'm not just sitting there waiting and staring at four walls. I am a slightly bigger hipped person and the beds were just a bit slim for me to lie there and have my arms in place as well. Both of the RMT's were very nice and both my partner and I say that they did a wonderful job. If the environment was just a bit more spacious, I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

It was my first experience at Caesar Spa. I the "Feel the Warmth" package which consists of Radiance Facial Mask (20min) and Japanese Hot Stone Therapy (60min). Helen was my message therapist. The massage was an unbelievable relaxing experience. The mask was very refreshing and definitely noticed the skin clarity. The place is small but it doesn't affect your experience there. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I look forward to my next visit.

My husband and I also booked this treatment believing that it was the location at the Sheraton Hotel and had to be directed around the corner to this location with the same name in a plaza. This was a little disappointing. Upon reaching the spa, we were greeted by two ladies with very poor English. This was uncomfortable. The waiting room was hardly a waiting room, we sat on chairs in their hallway which was the size of a closet. It led to the very small spa rooms that barely held two massage tables for our couples massage. The massage was very good. However, at the end of the treatment, my husband and I both received receipts for our insurance with the same name, ID number and signature. We found this odd as we both received our treatments from two different people. While the treatment itself was good, the facilities and staff were not, we will not visit this spa again.

There are 2 Caesar Day Spas - One at the Sheraton hotel and the other at Shoppers Parkway Mall which is attached to the Hotel. I thought my appt. was at the Hotel's spa so I was surprised when I was told it was at the mall spa. The Sheraton spa is beautiful and impressive when you walk in whereas the one at the mall is definitely not as nice and the room is small & dingy. I would have rather had my appt. take place at the Hotel's spa. The lady that greeted me was very nice and friendly. She gave me a great shiatsu massage and having had other shiatsu massages in the past I could tell that she knew what she was doing. I was offered tea upon my arrival and afterwards. It was a great experience!

I really don't think this small spa is up to par. I visited for a pedicure/manicure. The women brought me into a room with two beds and asked me to lie down. She brought a portable jacuzzi tub to soak my feet, which she placed on the bed. The pedicure quality was good, just the experience was awkward. The manicure wasn't very good. The polish is already lifting. The spa was very small, the walls were dirty, the women's spa outfit seriously looked like it hadn't been washed in 2 months. Dark grime was caked onto her pants and shirt. Her English was so bad I didn't understand have the questions she asked me. I am sorry I couldn't rate this experience better. For me, it's worth paying more so you feel like you're in a sanitized environment.

My friend and I went for hydrating facials and had a stressful experience. We arrived 20 minutes before our appointments and were told to come back at "exactly 5:30". The staff seemed to be very busy as no one was at the reception. When we came back, we were greeted in a friendly manner and were offered tea. When we settled into the room, the esthetician said she would give us a skin consultation first. After briefly examining our skin she excalimed over all of our blemishes and stated that we could not get the hydrating facial because of "all of our dead skin" and that it had to be removed in order for the hydrating facial to be effective. Even though, on the description, it said that the treatment is "customized to your skin type". She went on to pressure us into upgrading to a microdermabration. It was an unpleasant experience, not relaxing at all. I was looking forward to the facial massage that never came. To be fair, I did notice some results from the microdermabration, however my friend who has more acne, had inflammed skin long after we left the spa. We did not like how we were pressured to pay more for a treatment that we were not planning on.

I was a little surprised because I thought this location was in the Sheraton Hotel, because there is a spa with the same name in the hotel. In fact, it is in the plaza next door. I was a little disappointed with this. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and experience. The spa is quite small, but both my husband and I were made to feel very comfortable. The services (RMT massage) were very good quality, and comparable to other high-rated spas.

This is my third time going to Caesar Spa for a bikini wax. The staff were very friendly and took pains to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. In addition, they are careful to consult with you to make sure that the service is going your way at every step. This of course caused my bikini wax to last half an hour - 45 minutes each time, as opposed to the 15-20 minutes that most other places I have gone to have tried to rush me through. I have found that the staff at Caesar take their time to ensure that their clients are fully satisfied.

I booked an appointment for my girlfriend as a suprise birthday/anniversary gift and she really enjoyed it. This is what she had to say: "My boyfriend gave me the 2-hour spa treatment as a birthday present. It was a very pleasant surprise. The spa was quite small but intimate, and the service was very good. The hot stone massage was very soothing and the facials are quite effective. This was my first experience at a Spa and I would definitely consider revisiting the place."
