There was a minor problem with paying at the end. I think that the spa should have someone other than the massage therapists on reception who is more knowledgeable about payment procedures. A question arose about whether the service had already been paid through Way Spa or if the service should be paid for on premises. The person looking after payment (one of the massage therapists, but not the one that gave me my massage) was flustered and did not seem happy to answer my questions because she didn't know how to answer them. I believe it was an honest misunderstanding, but we did have to end up coming back for a refund an hour later. There was an apology, however, I think they should get better at this part. I was very well relaxed from the massage (it was a great massage by a massage therapist named Hubert), but it was made a bit stressful afterwards and that is not what one is looking for after a massage. Like I said it was resolved and she apologized, so not a big deal. The place offers good services and is a nice environment.

Right away i was welcomed when I walked through the door, my appointment ran on time and it was very enjoyable experience. My masuse did a great job in ensuring she used just the right pressure I wanted. She massaged all over, head to toe while giving extra attention to the areas that I requested. When it was all done I felt very realxed. The environment was very clean, warm and welcoming. Staff was friendly and nice. I would defiently go back for other treatments as well.

It was the first time I had a swedish massage. I enjoy it pretty much. I had my massage by the guy name Hubert, very friendly and very professional. Other than doing the massage, he also suggest some excerise that I could do to help reducing the pain of my neck and lower back. Will go back for sure.
