Staff were pleasant and welcoming but the environment made the place feel illegitimate and very loosely put together. Pedicures are done with feet in a soapy basin while sitting on a bench. Rusty pedicure/manicure tools. The massage was done in a back room that looked like a storage room. The massage bed was shaky, squeaky, and appeared as though the cover sheet had not been changed since the last customer. At times I was afraid it would collapse. Given the facilities, I find that prices are too high. Overall, the experience was interesting but not what I was looking for in a spa. I wouldn't go back.

I had waxing done at Bove and I found the staff to be very friendly, they made me feel very comfortable. The waxing was quick and the environment was very calming and clean.
