Sadona Mud Paraffin Dip
A combination of warm paraffin wax and glycerin help relieve the body of minor aches and pain and is great for moisturizing as well. The paraffin we use is a Sadoma Detoxifying Mud which is excellent for pre-arthritic conditions as well making it a great added bonus for the weekend warrior's massage.
BodyScrub
Salt Glows, also referred to as body scrubs, are specifically designed to increase circulation and exfoliate by scrubbing the skin with a course but gentle, non-greasy mixture of a sea-salt, essential oils, and moisturizing lotions. This is usually done on the back, feet or legs, but can be applied to any region of the body, excluding the face and neck. The Microbuff is the same treatment but using a more gentle water based creme, perfect if you don't have time to shower after your massage. Great way to combat dry skin due to cooler weather or for people that have a problem with skin blemishes and acne. We recently added two more types of bodyscrubs: Mango Ginger Sugar and a Chocolate/Mint. You can add this tantalizing treatment to your massage or we now offer this in a 45 minute stand alone treatment.
Signature Bodywork Massage - 90min
The Bodywork Signature Massage is our regular hour and a half session that includes a combination of massage styles and techniques called integrated therapy. Therapeutic in nature and designed to relieve sore tense muscles while still being a part of the relaxational massage family. In some cases deep pressure, PNF stretching and/or Thai Massage will also be incorporated. Each massage is different depending what your body's needs are for that session.
Rose Mud or Hot Fudge Spa Foot Treatment
A relaxing, soothing and decadent treatment for the “soles” of your body. Exfoliation, massage, reflexology and a heated Rose Mud or Hot Fudge wrap are all part of this tranquil session that is great on its own or coupled with any other treatment we offer at Bodywork Massage and Day Spas.
Facials - 60min
Facials are the best way to help the face and neck heal itself from the everyday stresses of life, which may include sun damage, stress, smoking and even shaving. All the products we use for our full treatment facials are made to your specifications. 60 minute facial starts with selecting the Aromatherapy of your choice and a short polarity session that is designed for relaxation. The Esthetician will then cleanse, tone and refine your skin doing extractions if needed. A moisturizing mask will be applied to your hand and arms while you are given a relaxing scalp, face and shoulder massage. The 90 minute facial also includes a foot treatment and a more in depth massage. Purchase five 90 minute facials and get your 6th for free! For a additional charge, add-on a cold stone and chamomile moisturizing eye treatment which is great for tired, puffy or circled eyes.
