I went to get a pedicure at the Away Spa of the W hotel. The decor is very chic, gorgeous. The aestician gave a very good pedicure, at the end my feet felt soft and smooth and it was very relaxing. I really enjoyed my experience. The only negative would be the price. I had 50% off the pedicure so it cost me about 30$ which is the average price for one in Montreal. It's a luxurious hotel and I think the treatments are overpriced because of it, therefore I would not go wihout a discount coupon.

This was a lovely experience from the moment I drove up to the W Hotel where the spa is located. My car was immediately taken from me (Away Spa validated my parking voucher providing me with complimentary parking). The ambiance of the Spa is very soothing with dim lights, quiet music, beautiful individual orchids strategically placed and the staff is professionaly warm friendly. I was immediately made to feel comfortable. Everything was wonderful. The tea infusions were delicious. The treatment rooms were well equiped and maintained and the technicians and therapists provided excellent services. They certainly made me feel like a valued customer. This was a lovely pampering experience.

Best facial I've ever had - and I've had quite a few. Relaxing, thorough, listened to my concerns, and was not pushy with add-on treatments. I might have even fallen asleep and today my skin looks great. I went to another spa in Montreal first and it was awful. I went to the W because the spa at the W's in NY are always good. Would highly highly recommend.

Overall pleasant, but a bit dissapointed in the Lushly pedicure. The web-site advertises an extra 25 minute experience to the standard pedicure, and that was not the experience. For the price of the Lushly pedicure, the expectations were not met.

I had the massage and facial package. The massage was just ok. I asked the masseuse to focus on certain parts and she didn't really. The facial was excellent. I was disappointed there were no showers in the spa to wash the oils from the massage off my skin before leaving.

The Spa & Ambiance were great. There was a bit of confusion on my services but it was fixed right away. One comment that I did have was that I paid for a 90 min massage which lasted only 60 minutes. At $ 155 a massage, I would expect my whole 90 min. If I calculate the cost / minute, I should have paid $ 25 less. Had I known, I would have saved the money and booked a 60 min one. Overall a positive experience.

I went to the spa for a massage. The receptionist welcomed me with a big smile and invited me to sit down for a moment. She asked me if I wanted to drink some water and offered me a green apple. Soon after, the therapist arrived and asked me to follow her to one of the rooms. There, she inquired about the type of massage I desired and told me to undress (or stay in my underwear) and lay under the sheet. She left the room and came back 3 minutes later to begin the treatment. The massage was nice and I especially enjoyed the ambiance. There is a constant soothing music playing and you can't hear anything else. So, it is quite relaxing. After the massage, I went to take a shower. Everything was fresh and clean, just as if they just cleaned the whole bathroom just seconds before I came inside. I met again with my therapist after who recommended me to drink lots of water to help evacuate the toxins. She also gave me some recommendation on how to stretch to reduce the pain in my shoulder. That was my experience at the Away spa. :)

I felt instantaneously relaxed the moment I walked into the Away Spa. I had a manicure and a pedicure while sipping a perfectly brewed cup of tea. I left for Europe the next day for two weeks, and was pleasantly surprised that my pedicure endured the salt water.
