My first time to a spa and for a massage. Massage began 15 minutes late. The massage felt a bit light and I mentioned that. Not much difference in pressure thereafter. No shower post-massage with all the massage oil on my skin. Other than these items, everything was great!

The staff were very friendly and the spa was nicely decorated. The massage session started 10 minutes later than scheduled but I still got my full 60-min session. I was used to having massage with a bit more pressure and mentioned that to the thearpist. However, it was still a bit too light. Nonetheless, it was relaxing. The pedicure was very nice with high quality nail polish.

Services and staff at this Markham Spa are knowledgeable and friendly. The massage therapist was about 20 min. late getting into work and was a bit "heavy handed" in her technique. Despite the wait, I would return for other treatments but would opt for a different massage therapist next time.
