Position Responsibilities

• Offer customized solutions to spas
• Act as the liaison between corporate partners, Marketing and Development teams

Ideal Candidate

• At least 2 years experience in account management position
• Drive to understand and satisfy the needs of all parties involved in the partnership
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Strong relationship builder
• Ability to create strong solutions quickly
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be a strong team player
• Understanding of spa industry an asset
